There will be sessions every Wednesday during July at the usual times and venue, Kingshill School playing fields:
· Under 11’s 6pm – 6:45 pm
· “Teens” group 6:30 - 7:30 pm
The focus of the next few weeks is speed and strength. This should be helpful for those children entered in the Cheltenham Harriers Midsummer open meetings at the Prince of Wales stadium.
The sessions in August will be more limited due to being the holiday season – news on that soon.
