Tuesday training goes rogue!

For a change the groups were split on distance focus:

Luke led a 5 to 10k group

Bob coached a middle distance group

Kate took the long distance runners off for some hill reps.

Then there was Dorian in a group of his own, training for sprints.

We will try this again in a month just to get some social mixing and sharing of expertise
