Heads Up - cross country course information coming up.
I will posting about each course for the races this Saturday in turn, based on my run round them on Tuesday morning.
Obviously, ground conditions might change before Saturday as a large amount of rain is forecast. I ran the course in trail shoes and had only one place where I slipped a bit.
Each blog will comprise a map of the course and some photos along the route. I hope you find this useful.
