Future Tuesday Winter Training Sessions

Your coaches met on Thursday at Bob’s house to discuss the programme for the next six months. The venues for the sessions were discussed, including some new ones to provide variety and new challenges. Also, a means for you to monitor your training progress was decided, the so-called “Tempo Test”. More on that in future.
