Hi all,
Tuesday (4th April) evening's training sessions will be at the Abbey Grounds.
Coaches Nick and Ruth will be taking the sessions.
Meet at the Leisure Centre at 6:30 for a jog warm up to the Norma Arch, or meet up there at 6:40.
It will be good to run in the Abbey grounds again, now that there's enough light to see the paths.
