FINAL REMINDER FOR SUBSCRIPTION RENEWALS

Our membership secretary has sent out multiple reminders over the last few months, and the vast majority are now paid up. If a member still hasn’t paid to renew last year's subscription by the end of next weekend i.e. 16th June, the Committee has agreed that their membership should be lapsed.

Parents of a handful of junior members have been reminded separately that they still need to sign one or both of the relevant Codes of Conduct by 12th June if they wish their children to remain members. They must also then pay the subscription by 16th June to retain membership.

Members who have newly joined the club, i.e. after March 2024, are reminded that they undertook to sign the Codes of Conduct as soon as they were registered with the EA - if you are unsure please double check that you have done so, and also please pay any outstanding subscriptions.
