Update on Juniors and Teens Training

 We are increasing the number of places available for both Juniors and Teens groups. This requires us to have more helpers and to use two venues. Information on this will be sent to members' parents soon.

Teens Group Members Training Plans

If you would like a bespoke training plan for your child's athletic development, please inform the Head Coach, Dorian.  

Plans produced to date have  enabled some children to improve their performances, e.g. running sub-19 minutes for a Parkrun, and qualifying for the County Cross-country championships .
