Your last chance to CRO?

It looks as if competitive running including parkruns and cross country have been put back a while and declining numbers of CRO runners have made it clear that we are due for a change. So – your ever responsive CRO team is busy recruiting helpers and coming up with a whole new era to include off road running in the mix. Watch this space!

Meanwhile Martin Croucher was the only one to “improve” this week but how hard was he trying in the past? The battle between Ruth Fulford and Liza Darroch continues with a win by 14 seconds for Ruth enabling her to top the age grading list and Rachel and Paul Barrow ran well as usual.

This week’s CRO run is the loved and hated 1 mile to be followed (with a change to our plans) with a final CRO run of 5 km.

The new fun will start in October – Ollie Pritchard, Nea Snedon Jenkins and James Thomas have joined Martin and Liza to add Cross Country, trail running and swimming – if you want to help them or just share an idea - please contact James or Liza via Whatapp .
