Juniors' & Teens' Second Cross Country League Race

Following the large turnout for the Cirencester Park cross country, it was a much smaller number of Juniors and Teens who turned out at the sunny but frozen course by the River Severn at Arlingham. But that seemed to be common for all clubs with much smaller fields for all the races compared to last time.

In the Under 11s' race our first boy home was Rory (10), followed by first girl Evie (10), with a top ten finish, despite being spiked in the foot at the beginning. Next were Ted (9) and Eleanor (10) and then a pack of 4 more Cirencester runners : Charlie (8), Annabel (9), Aria (9) and Callum (10) . We just had enough to retain our place in the league match.

In the Under 13s' race we only one boy and girl running : Ben (12) and Isabelle (11).

In the Under 15s'. race it was a first time out for our only boy, Archie, who finished 8th. Caitlin was our only girl and finished 17th.
