2020 Tuesday club sessions

2020 was a difficult year for organised sport and Tuedsay Club sessions were no exception. But with your support and especially from the coaches: Andy, Adrian and Ruth, we managed to provide sessions on the track from late August, and at the winter venues from October, except for Lockdown 2. In all, we had 355 "runner sessions", i.e. the average number of runners per session times the number of sessions.

Personally, I'd like to thank all the coaches for their help in this; Andy and Adrian before they moved on, and to Ruth for being an absolute stalwart throughout.

Hopefully, we'll be able to recommence the sessions in 2021, as soon as the number of Covid cases reduces in the Cotswolds and we enter Tier 3 again. In the meantime, I will keep posting weekly "Speed Endurance" sessions for you to do to maintain your running fitness : capacity and power.
