Through the woods to point C:
At point C runners turn left.
Point C to D:
The course descends from point C to the bottom of the valley coming out at point D.
Point D to E
The U13 course is unique in going straight from points D to E along the valley rather than going over the hill. It’s a bit soft and wet in places along the bottom of the valley.
Once the runners reach point E they (and all other races too) go up across the field existing through the open gate back on to the start course at point A.
Point E to A:
Another lap is run then on reaching point A a second time they head off to the finish, along side the start
The course is soft in places with some muddy paths, which may be slippery, but runners can run on the grass alongside.
