There will be Teens group sessions on Wednesday mornings : 21st and 28th, starting at the Leisure centre at 09:30.
The first week (21st), we will be limited to 12 only, as I am on my own; and I do need two parents to safeguard. Places will be allocated on a first reply (on WhatsApp group) basis. I will have short waitlist in case of people drop out nearer the time.
The second week (28th), we will be able to take 24 (possibly more) as I will have additional helpers, including the Club's most experienced and qualified coach, Bob.
21st December Session
The "Hills Sprints" session will last 45 to 60 minutes, comprising:
jog warm up to training location, in Cirencester Park
mobility and activation drills, as part of RAMP warm-up
some practice sprints starts
session : either 2x 3x ~30s uphill sprint efforts, or 2x 4; good length recoveries
jog recovery cool-down, back to the Leisure Centre
28th December Session
This session will probably be 100m, 200m, 300m uphill, 600m downhill, relay interval session.
