Masters Open Track meeting

For those over 35 years old who want to try a track or field event, can I recommend the Avon/Yate AC Masters Open on Saturday 12th August. With track events from 100m to 5,000m, including hurdles, and all the jumps (except Pole Vault) and throws events.
