“Here hills and vales”

"Here hills and vales, the woodland and the plain. Here earth and water seem to strive again..." (Alexander Pope from 'Windsor Forest', 1711).

"Here hills and vales, a ditch and some hay bales", a more accurate way to describe the Coln Valley trail run, on a lovely day to take in the beauty of the Coln Valley, and many of our juniors did, doing either the 2k and 5k. Great preparation for the upcoming cross country season.

There were many podium finishers, and they should be congratulated, but well done to all the children who turned out for the Club.
