Cross Country Race Entry Information for Juniors and Teens

The first cross country race, in Cirencester Park, on Saturday 5th November, is only a couple of weeks away, so here's the relevant information for parents to ensure their children are entered in that race and the other 3 subsequent league races and the County Championship.

If your child is only going to enter one or two of the league races then it's best that you entree them yourself using the link to the Entry Central booking system on the Gloucester AAA website, link. Cost per race is £5 this way.

If your child might run more than two league races, then it is cheaper and easier for you to let me know and the Club will enter them on your behalf. All four league races can be booked for £12 total. You pay by BACS; the Clubs details are below. Please use reference "XC ..(and your child's last name)", so we don't confuse it with the membership registration fee.

note - Jan 7 event is not a league match, but the County XC Championships (separate entry required, see Glos AAA site, link above)

I will share who we have on the list for the "4 league races" using the WhatsApp groups, in the next few days, so if your child is missing off the list, we can add them in time.

Clubs bank details:

Account Name : Cirencester Athletics Club

Sort Code : 60-07-27

Account Number : 45176752

Reference : XC (plus child's last name), e.g. "XC Smith"
