Club Coaching Survey Action Plan

The Club held a virtual committee meeting to discuss the findings of the survey and to develop an Action Plan. This addressed the analysis of the survey questions and the free text comments, members made.
Many thanks to the forty members who took the time to complete the survey and share their views on Club priorities, especially associated with Coaching.
