Kerry Smith, Kate Sackett and Andy Kilby braved the sea in Tenby on Friday evening - dodging jellyfish the size of dinner-plates and flailing limbs - to swim 3.8k.
There were over 2000 swimmers. Kerry finished 171 st in 1.06.25 - amazing!
They also cycled the 70 mile sportive the following day with hills a plenty.
