Following on from a BBC reporter meeting with Ruth Fulford and some other of the Thursday morning runners at the LC a short while ago, there is now an article online you might wish t read - see link below.
Congratulations to Ruth for liaising with the BBC and great to see another acknowledgement of her and Pam's service to the club.
