Bob blows the whistle

Cirencester club: Running Somewhere Else were true to their name when they joined Cirencester AC for Tuesday training at Deer Park.School. The yellow vests may even have outnumbered the red vests, and our friends set about the interval session with enthusiasm. Bob led all the groups together, but had to refine his whistling as some athletes were confused about which toots meant fast and which were not quite so fast! After dizzy spins round the track we finished with a knock out race across the rugby pitch. Recovery was encouraged with pizza chips and dare I say beer? Great session Bob, thanks!
